Shipping/Delivery  Policy

 




 

The time it takes for you to receive your order from the time you clicked "submit order " is based on three ( 3 ) distinct steps :

 

Step 1
Clearance of payment details and acceptance of order by customer if required

Step 2
Supply, pack and prepare merchandise for despatch, Charge credit card.
Step 3
Transport from our warehouse to your nominated delivery point.

 

Step 1:
Once you have submitted the order, we need to check on the availability of stock together with payment authorisation. Most items within BRITA will be available for immediate dispatch, however sometimes your selected merchandise could be unavailable, should this be the case we will advise you accordingly.

 
Step 2:
Once we have confirmed the order, we need to carefully prepare the merchandise, pack it and prepare it for despatch. We also need to complete the credit card transaction. Once this is completed, we will notify you via email that your order has been despatched.
BRITA will ensure this is completed within the stipulated lead times, as per your order confirmation. If there are any problems meeting these deadlines, we will contact you immediately.

Step 3:
Goods are normally dispatched within 1 business day of your payment being received.  Once dispatched, delivery is dependant on our nominated carrier, but should be delivered within 4-6 business days to most areas.
